The NAV of schemes may go up or down depending on factors and forces affecting the securities market, including fluctuations in interest rates.
2. Our Regulatory Status
Adhya Invest Mantra is a trade name operating through two independently AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributors: ARN-16434 (Pradip Adhya) · ARN-261623 (Partha Pratim Adhya). Pradip Adhya is also enrolled with the Association of Portfolio Managers in India (APMI) as a Distributor of Portfolio Management Services — APRN10250 · EUIN E20051 (enrolment date 18/09/2026; APRN and EUIN valid from 15/05/2024 till 14/05/2027). Each registration is held by the individual named against it; Adhya Invest Mantra itself is a trade name and is not separately registered with AMFI, APMI or SEBI. We distribute regular plans of mutual fund schemes and PMS strategies of SEBI registered Portfolio Managers, and adhere to the Code of Conduct specified by SEBI for Distributors of Portfolio Management Services. We are not an Investment Adviser registered under the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013, not a Portfolio Manager, not a research analyst, and not a stock broker. We do not offer assured-return products or research recommendations.
2A. Portfolio Management Services
Portfolio Management Services are offered and managed solely by the respective SEBI registered Portfolio Manager. Investment decisions, custody, fees and reporting are governed by the Portfolio Manager's Disclosure Document and the client agreement you sign with it. The minimum investment in PMS is ₹50 lakh, as prescribed by SEBI. PMS investments are subject to market risks; past performance of a Portfolio Manager or strategy does not indicate its future performance, and there is no assurance that a strategy's objective will be achieved. We receive distribution fees from Portfolio Managers for PMS distributed through us; the details are available on request and are disclosed in the Portfolio Manager's documents. Please read the Disclosure Document carefully before investing.
3. How We Are Paid
We earn commission (trail and, where applicable, upfront commission as permitted by SEBI/AMFI norms) from Asset Management Companies on regular plan mutual fund investments made through us, from SEBI registered Portfolio Managers on PMS distributed through us, and from insurers, NBFCs and issuers on insurance, deposit, bond and loan-referral products. This is standard industry practice for distributors and does not add to your cost — it is paid by the AMC/insurer/issuer out of the scheme's or product's own charges. You may ask us for the specific commission on any scheme before you invest.
4. No Guaranteed Returns
No market-linked product distributed through us can promise a guaranteed or assured return. Any representation to the contrary, by anyone, should be reported to us and to SEBI immediately.
5. Insurance Disclaimer
Insurance is the subject matter of solicitation. Insurance products are underwritten entirely by the respective insurer; terms, conditions, exclusions and eligibility are governed by the insurer's policy wording, which you should read carefully before concluding a purchase.
6. Market Data & Calculators
Any market data, index levels or news referenced on this website are sourced from third parties, may be delayed or inaccurate, and are published for general reference only. Calculators on this site are illustrations based on the assumptions you enter, exclude exit load, stamp duty, taxes and transaction costs, and must not be read as a projection, guarantee or assurance of returns.
