Adhya Invest Mantra operates through two AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributors — ARN-16434 (Pradip Adhya) · ARN-261623 (Partha Pratim Adhya). Pradip Adhya is also an APMI Registered Distributor of Portfolio Management Services — APRN10250 · EUIN E20051. We distribute regular plans of mutual fund schemes and earn commission from the respective Asset Management Companies, and distribute PMS strategies of SEBI registered Portfolio Managers in adherence to the SEBI Code of Conduct for Distributors of Portfolio Management Services. We also facilitate access to insurance, fixed deposits, bonds, postal savings schemes and the National Pension System through partner institutions. We are not a SEBI registered Investment Adviser, not a stock broker, and not a portfolio manager. Nothing on this website is investment advice, a research report, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security or scheme.
